I haven’t lived in a communal space in many years. My experience here has reminded me why and confirmed that I never will again. People are all different no matter where you are, unfortunately, this location has individuals that just don’t care about their surroundings or fellow man. Although management does a good job catering to everyone, a lot still falls short. I have gotten on the elevator many occasions to find garbage or animal waste, to include other common area. For some reason, the circulation on my floor isn’t that great, as there is often a stench of garbage from the trash chute lingering in the hall. Overall, it’s not a bad property, communal living just isn’t for me.
