To start off with - the office staff is amazing, and does a brilliant job at remembering names and faces. The grounds are a bit rough.. there are pot holes everywhere in the grass, so watch where you walk your pets. The pool is always clean and welcoming, the gym is always clean. Parking is good - as long as you have a tiny car. The assigned spots can be a bit tight or next to a pole.
