This 3 bedroom, 1 bath home is conveniently located near Austin Peay and the downtown area. It is a slice from the past with brick accent walls and loads of charm! Brand new appliances. Large fenced in backyard. The shed is being rented "as-is". Owner approval needed for all pets. Gas heat. We welcome pets per our pet policy with the following exceptions (no puppies or kittens). Our general policy is no vicious breeds, max 2 pets, $300 first pet, $200 second pet non-refundable fee. $30 monthly pet rent per pet. My Place Realty and the property owner have the final say on pets. *FYI - All walls/trim are not normally freshly painted after every tenant moves out. Normal wear and tear, minor scuffs are to be expected on walls which may not show up in pictures.
