Welcome to Sunshine, an adorable 3 bedroom, 1-bathroom house in Greer, SC. We are located in a residential area with a beautiful green lawn that is perfect for families and for your pets, which we allow for a fee*.

We are a furnished rental located:

Just under 4 miles from GSP Airport
Just under 4 miles from BMW
Just under 3 miles from Downtown Greer

Lease terms can be anywhere from one month to six months, which makes this a perfect home for those who are coming to the upstate for an extended stay.

We can't wait to house you as you come for work, to relocate, or to build a home of your own.

The Space:
Pocketful of Sunshine is a 3 bedroom, 1 bathroom house available for 30-day minimum rental in Greer, SC.

The home is fully furnished, with a TV in the living room, washer and dryer in the kitchen, microwave, stove, and refrigerator, as well as all necessary plates, pots, pans, etc.

Please note that we do NOT have a dishwasher and we do have one small set of drawers in the hallway area.

The terms are as follows:
-$750 security deposit (refunded within 30 days of check out)
-$250 non-refundable pet fee
-$240 Cleaning Fee

The largest bedroom has a Full and Twin bed, and the other 2 bedrooms each have a Queen bed.

We are happy to be flexible with your "check out" date, and will work with you as much as we can to accommodate any changes you may have in jobs, closing dates, etc.
