The full bath has a tile tub/shower combo and pedestal sink. Tenant will have access to one part of the shed only. The remainder will be locked and used for the owner's storage. The shed is spacious and features a media/entertainment area with a tv, seating area, ping pong table and gym equipment for tenant use.
