The term of this lease begins sometime between 2/15/20 and 3/1/20, and ends 5/31/21.
Essentially were looking for someone to take over the lease. In order for this to work, the new tenant would need to finish our lease (through 5/31/20) and sign on for another 12-month term. Typically, this house is always rented from June to June.
