Verified residentReview source: verified residentEverything has needed repair from the day I moved in. My dryer has not worked. And has to have work done to it twice. Both times maintenance said they fixed it. They did not. Then, replaced the dryer with an older model that the sound on the buttons no longer works. The building is improperly managed. The management team did not inform me of the parking procedures correctly. My car was had a boot on it on the first week of parking. I had to call to get it removed. Management was unavailable and non responsive. This boot was put on due to a spelling error. This has been a complete mess from the time I have moved in. I regret my decision and I will not be advise anyone else to rent at Pier 33. For the price of rent. This is absolutely unacceptable.
