Applicants must have a 650 credit score with no prior evictions. Verifiable income will also need to be provided (check stubs, Active Duty/Current LES, award letters) 3x the monthly rent amount to meet income requirements. Deposits are non-refundable if applicant cancels. Admin Fee - $75 per adult due at move in. Submitting an application does not guarantee approval. Pet Policy: No cats unfortunately. Pets must be at least 2 years old and are Maximum of 2 pets and maximum weight of 90 lbs. There is a non refundable pet fee of $250 per pet. Monthly pet rent ranges from $15-45 per pet. Required to submit a photo and up to date vet and shot records of pet prior to approval for pet.
