We receive alot of inquiries about our properties and they tend to rent fast. If the listing is up - it is still available. We will only respond to serious inquiries. Please follow the directions below if you are interested in potentially renting this property:
1. Request a tour of the property through the Avail listing (avail listing link here). We would suggest seeing it sooner rather than later. You must tour the property before you submit an application. During this time, you should also submit the first portion of the application process (applicant profile, residence history, employment information).
2. After you have seen the property in-person, love it (we hope you do!) and want to submit an application - please send us a message stating you have toured the property and would like to proceed with the application. It is a $55 fee for the reports portion of the application so we want to ensure you are the right fit before you spend the money to complete the application (it is non-refundable).

The application includes:
Applicant Profile - Here’s where we learn a little more about you, your contact info, etc.
Residence History - We do ask that you provide 5 years of residential history including prior landlord contact information.
Employment and Income Verification - You will be asked to provide your current employer information to verify income and employment.
Credit, Background, and Eviction Screening Reports - The application process does include these reports which are covered by the application fee of $55.

All of our properties are NON-SMOKING (of any kind).
All adult applicants (over the age of 18) and/or cosigners will need to complete separate applications.
