This 1 bedroom apartment is in a six-family apartment building and on the first floor. The building has a washer/dryer in the basement, fenced in backyard and keyless entry (you will be given the guest code 24 hours before check-in.)

As you walk into the apartment you find the living room with a futon sofa, storage ottoman and a 43 LED Roku TV.

Off the living room is the kitchen with bar seating for 2 and full-size stainless steel fridge, microwave, and stove. Included in the kitchen:
- Tea kettle with various teas
- Coffee maker with fresh coffee, various sugars, and creamer.
- Toaster
- Full set of pots/pans
- Baking sheet/Pizza Pan
- Dinnerware set for 6
- Drinking glasses/Wine Glasses
- Cooking/Eating utensils
- Cutting board
- Can opener
- Corkscrew
- Colander
- Tupperware
- Cooking Oils
- Salt/Pepper

Down the hallway from the kitchen is the linen closet with extra sheets, towels, vacuum, laundry basket, air mattress, etc. The bathroom is across from the linen closet and has luxurious towels, custom make-up towels, hair dryer, and all natural bath products (shampoo, conditioner, body wash, and hand soap).

The bedroom you will find an amazing queen bed with memory foam mattress, 2 nightstands with ambient lighting, dresser, full-length mirror and Bluetooth stereo alarm clock with USB charging

Guests will only have access to on-street parking. Although we have never had any issues, please remember that this is the city, so always lock your cars and don t leave any valuables in sight.
