Verified residentReview source: verified residentDirty hallways and elevators, people throw their beer bottles, soda and any other drinks in the elevators and hallways, apartments with cockroaches and mice, they don't know how to put the trash correctly inside the rubbish bin, it's disgusting

Verified residentReview source: verified residentRat and cockroach infestations. Maintenance is inept. Property management is unresponsive to any complaints except on the rare occasions where they are rude. Some residents are savages and security and management do nothing to deter people from throwing food waste off their balconies. I've found bottles of urine, a vial of steroids, and a buttplug on the grounds. The place is vile. I don't know where I'll live when my lease is up in November but I'd rather pitch a tent somewhere.
