The house has a swimming pool with a large patio/courtyard area and a Weber propane gas grill (all shared with the downstairs apartment occupants). There is plenty of on-street parking as the house is a corner property.
The apartment is fully furnished, has central heat and air-conditioning and free wi-fi. The open kitchen is fully equipped and there is a washer and dryer in the unit. Utilities are included. Cable not included. Smart TV but streaming services are not included. Tenant needs to have their own streaming accounts. There are floor to ceiling windows in several of the rooms providing beautiful natural light.

This is a rental for a minimum of one month and up to 3 months. Rental renewal is optional after 3 months.
