Hello! Please pay attention. I am a property manager who takes this seriously. You are attempting to acquire possession of real estate, so please be serious. If you owe another property manager money or have an arrest warrant you are advised to resolve that before you contact me. Please read the description below. I am usually most quickly available by telephone.

Rent: $500 monthly- security deposit: $400- pet fee (if applicable): $250- application fee: $40. Approved applicants who lease the apartment receive a $15 credit at lease signing.

To rent this apartment one must first apply. To apply, one must pay the $40 application fee and show current, valid, state-issued photographic identification. Applications are only accepted from those intending to reside individually. For application approval four criteria must be met: complete the application, tell the complete truth on the application, be without negative rental history, and have monthly income of thrice the rent. If verifiable income of thrice the rent is lacking it may be overcome by significant, verifiable savings or a qualified co-signer. Incomplete applications will be declined without processing, and the application fee will be forfeited by the applicant. Applications are provided by e-mail to those with printing capabilities and are also at the property behind the staircase and left of the mailboxes in a wall-mounted flyer box.

If you wish to enter to view this apartment an appointment is required, as is payment of a refundable $20 viewing appointment fee. The necessity of this policy is regretted, but necessary due to widespread unaccountability of the general public. This payment can be made via Zelle, or by deposit into the property manager's business checking account. This $20 payment can be applied to the application fee or refunded if the application is kept.

You are invited to visit 3139 Addison Street to look through this apartment's burglar bar door to view its main room and kitchen, although its closet and bathroom would not be visible.
