This one bedroom apartment is located in a very quiet neighborhood. This unit was recently updated and contain higher than average ceilings, radiator heat, fresh paint, new appliances and new carpeting. Rent includes gas (heat), water and sewer. Security deposit $1100. No pets or smoking allowed on premises.

RENTAL REQUIREMENTS
1. All income must be sufficient to make rent and utility payments. The typical income is 3 times the amount of the rent.
2. All liens, judgements, garnishments, or money owed will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis.
3. Work history must include at least a full year at a current job or in the same industry. However, we will evaluate on a case-by-case basis for those with a guarantor or co-signer.
4. Background check - We consider individuals on a case‐by‐case basis and evaluate the nature and severity of the crime, and consider the length of time that has passed since that crime was committed.
5. Eviction and rental history - No evictions, foreclosures, or leaving a place while owing money within the last 8 years. No reported violations of any lease agreements by any applicant within the last 8 years. Rental payments must have been on time and in full.
6. Credit history criteria:
-Income to debt ratio
-Time with current employer
-Applicant’s credit behavior aligns with their income
-Variance between income and IRS reported income
-Late payments
-Verification of income & application
-No bankruptcies in the past 10 years
