The second level contains 2 spare bedrooms, a full bath split between them, and a walk through mezzanine that looks down into the living area. The basement level is fully finished and includes a second family living area, 2 more spare bedrooms, and a second-half bath! The backyard is fully fenced and is large enough for tons of outdoor activities. This home does consider 2 small pets under 35lbs for an additional $50 per month per pet and a non-refundable $250 pet fee, please no smoking.
