Applicants will submit a minimum of two (2) most recent pay stubs showing YTD earnings
Tax Returns for the previous two (2) years (if you are an independent contractor or are otherwise self-employed)
Bank Statements for the past two (2) months (if you are an independent contractor or are otherwise self-employed)
Employer or client verification

LANDLORD VERIFICATION
Landlord may elect to contact your previous Landlords for the purposes of verifying the information provided. By signing, you agree to hold harmless and indemnify Landlord and Dwellworks for any loss, damage, or other detriment caused by Landlord Verification.

Upon receiving an application, the applicant will receive an email from Invitations@onboardingsystems.com with a URL inviting you to apply at Dwellworks. The applicant must log in to complete the online portion of the application.
The Property Manager will receive the completed report to review and confirm that the applicant(s) meet the Dwellworks criteria and will confirm with the Landlord whether or not the applicant passes. Personal information will not be shared due to the Privacy Act of 1974.
