If you want to hang around home, you can spend time at the Makaha Valley Country Club or the Makaha Valley resort. Beyond that, your choices for entertainment are limited to the local 7-Eleven, and small nearby restaurants like Gold House Restaurant and Surfah Smoodeez. However, if you're moving to Makaha, you probably know that going into it, since it's a destination for people who are looking for a slow, calm pace of life and a place where they can unwind, relax and escape.
