The biggest noise problem is the Hawaii state bird (the rooster!!) and neighborhood dogs. There is the occasional roach and gecko - par for the course for Hawaii living! There's a mango tree and lime tree in the backyard - take as many as you like! Furnishings: 1 Queen bed, 2 couches (one pulls out to a bed), coffee table, 11-drawer dresser, 45" Sony Bravia TV on rolling stand, desk, and bookshelf. The kitchen has a small oven/range and a full-sized refrigerator/freezer. The Neighborhood: It's very convenient to the highway (H-1). There are two grocery stores within about a mile. Plenty of places to grab dinner or a drink after work. The neighborhood has very nice people walking their dogs, or with their kids/grandkids. Your immediate neighbors are both very nice people - one elder gentleman and one military dad and wife with kids.
