It is a gorgeous and a unique spot that is a peaceful and tranquil place to work from, especially out on the screened in porch which has a view of the Canal and the Zen Gardens.

Our grounds have winding paths leading to the Indian River canal, a meditation garden, and numerous old Florida oaks giving the environment a cooling shade and lovely ambiance all year round. It is extremely private and tropical.

Our space is well situated in that it is a few blocks from the Ocean for sunbathing and surfing, close to the Indian River and the Inter-Coastal and also is on the Indian RiverCanal/Estuary. See fish jumping, egrets, herons, baby otters, kingfishers and other water fowl right from the cottage and the large screened in porch. Enjoy the magnificent sunsets each night over the Estuary.

There are opportunities for fishing, all types of boating and Kayaking on the River, Canals and Atlantic Ocean, wonderful bird watching due to the Estuary. Or perhaps visit Cape Canaveral, a short ride away. There may even be a rocket launch during your stay which can be seen in the skies over New Smyrna from pretty much anywhere.
Some people like to visit our many thrift and antique shops or take a day trip to Daytona Beach.
