Pool heat is an amenity included at no additional charge. The temperature of swimming pools varies and depends on the day and night temperatures, length of day and finally wind. Therefore, there is no guarantee for a certain pool temperature. The pool heater will be turned on in winter which is November 1 to March 31. From April 1 through October 31 the pool heater is off.

For a confirmed reservation, it is mandatory to submit a comprehensive guest list by email.
Guests will receive a rental agreement which must be signed and returned to the host prior to arrival.

Hourly rates may apply for early check in or late check out.
We are pet-friendly with a fee per pet per stay that is paid separately once a reservation is confirmed. Please check with us first for the applicable pet fee as it varies depending on breed and size. Breed restrictions apply.
