This isn\'t your average beach bungalow; it\'s a beautifully decorated, professionally designed home featuring a gourmet kitchen and ample amenities for a perfect vacation.

PLEASE NOTE:
- A signed Rental Agreement is required upon booking confirmation.
- Guests will need to climb stairs.
- Daily house cleaning is not provided. However, a mid-stay cleaning can be arranged for a fee.

HOUSE RULES
- No Children allowed that can not fully swim on their own - No Exceptions
- Dogs are welcome - there is a $50-$75 pet fee depending on the size of the dog. For any other pets please, contact the host first.
- No smoking of any kind (tobacco, cannabis, etc.) inside the home, and the use of any recreational drugs at the property is strictly prohibited. Failure to comply will incur a $500 penalty.
- Guests under 25 should contact Host prior to booking for approval
- No parties/events are allowed, illegal activity is prohibited, and excessive noise will not be tolerated. Strict 10pm City Noise Ordinance. Please be respectful of the neighbors.
- No visitors are permitted to enter the pool area - this area is for registered guests only for liability reasons there are no exceptions to this.
- No more guests than those listed in your reservation are allowed.
- Renters agree to cover any charge related to damages that occurred during their stay or extra-cleaning charges if needed after their stay.
- Guests will be required to sign a Rental Agreement upon booking confirmation.
- We have parking for up to 3 vehicles - if you have more than 3 please contact host before arrival.
- Maximum occupancy for this unit is 6 people - if you have a larger group contact me - we have multiple units available so we can combine them for larger groups! Please do not show up with extra guests (children count as guests). Any additional guests over 6 will be asked to leave and you may forfeit the remainder of your stay for the entire group.
