Built in 1892 this very private cottage is one of the closest homes to the water in Shippan Point. The property is incredibly unique with fabulous views of the sound and direct access to the water. On the bluff so protected from flooding- views are spectacular from most rooms in the house. 3 bedrooms two baths. It is nestled in between the latest multimillion dollar homes- one of the most exclusive areas in Shippan, if not the most exclusive. The cottage is humble but very special.
