We're looking for families, working professionals, or prudent individuals/students to rent the space. UNH students, Albertus Magnus, Southern, Yale or Quinnipiac students welcome!

This is a 3 bedroom 2.5 bathroom 1700 sqft condo . The master bedroom has a master bathroom, walk in closet, and view of the trees outside. The first guest bedroom is currently being used as an office, but has a closet and plenty of room, excellent lighting and a view of the Quinnipiac river and protected wetlands. The second guest bedroom has a closet and incredible view of the Quinnipiac River. There is another bathroom in the hallway, that has a bathroom with shower and tub. We have 4 parking spots directly onsite. Two empty spaces in an attached garage and two spaces in front of the garage. Plenty of storage with built in shelving in garage, laundry room, and entry closet.

The condo itself is relatively new for Connecticut, built in 2005. We have all stainless steel appliances, laundry room w/ relative new washer/dryer, central heating and air, and a small patio with grill included. The space is well lit, cozy, and a wonderful place to call home. We had lived here for over 6 years and while we will miss it, we hope we can find new people that will love and enjoy it as much as us.

We are looking for someone with similar habits to rent the space. No loud parties or pets of any kind. This is an extremely quiet and safe neighborhood, and we would like to have respectful and clean tenants. If you're looking for a clean, healthy environment to live and thrive in, this could be a great fit for you!

We are relatively low key, we ask that whomever moves in not bring drugs into the house.

Located around 4 miles from Yale, 7 miles from Quinnipiac, 3 miles for SCSU and around 10 miles from University of New Haven. 3 miles away from Downtown New Haven, $10 -$15 Uber ride away. You have 2 shopping centers available in separate directions with stores such as- Target, Home Depot, Best Buy,BJ's, Movie Theater, Walmart, Staples, TJ Maxx, Gyms, and an abundant amount of supermarkets. Union Train station in New Haven 10 minutes away!

Must be able to pay first month, last month's rent + security deposit. Looking for a 12 month lease. Move in date is on or after July 16th to August 1st. Depending on your needs you may stay longer if desired.

The utilities gas/electric and cable are not included. But because of the type and age of home costs are extremely reasonable in comparison for prudent folks in Connecticut. For cable there's an Xfinity Comcast store within a 6 minute drive and all you have to do is get a modem and plug it right under the tv stand with extremely reliable and fast internet available. It has been our experience that all the Wireless carriers also work well here.

You won't have to shovel in winter as our HOA takes care of that unless you want to clear just directly in front of the garage.

We require proof of renters insurance.

HOA pays for water, lawn care, snow plowing, and garbage removal- renter is responsible for gas, electric, and internet.
