This is a 1945 hand hewn log cabin centrally located overlooking Evergreen Golf Course. Did you know there are only 202 residential log cabins currently available in the entire state of Colorado! From this log cabin, you can walk to Evergreen Lake as well as Downtown, Evergreen and the location retains easy access to the open roads of Colorado!

This unique custom Colorado style home is in a superlative location of Colorado. The log home pairs with the natural landscape inviting wildlife to live on the land.
The cabin's design is focused on natural, quality carpentry, detail, function and energy savings, the pursuit of sustainability and a small footprint. Quality bath, kitchen and additional home hardware were picked with the mountain design utilized. Quality window blinds are provided. Lighting designed with dimmers. All electrical and plumbing have been replaced in 2015. The cabin is exposed to the great southern sky. The cabin is on Evergreen's city water and sewer. Gas kitchen stove, hot water tank and forced air furnace.
We recently expanded the cabin adding a 3/4 bath and walk-in closet off the large master bedroom upstairs, offering beautiful golf course views (west view).

The 2nd bedroom is conveniently located downstairs adjacent to the newly renovated full bath.

There is a full kitchen with plenty of cabinet space, a bar, a large pantry and all the desired appliances: refrigerator, gas stove, dishwasher.

The great room hosts a Lopi wood burner with an adjoining wood storage cabinet, surround wood shelving and a built in audio unit.

The dining room is next to the kitchen overlooking the large flagstone patio that overlooks the golf course in a private setting and includes exterior electrical and lighting.
Included is a laundry room housing a full size washer and gas dryer which is located separately in the detached garage on the property. The 2 story garage stacks a flat above where the owner lives. The buildings are totally separate, structurally and utility wise. They were built to be separate and private from the other. The driveway opens to 3 lanes and is relatively flat. The garage is used by the owner.

Easy access to all major roadways going any direction you want and only 30 minutes drive to Downtown, Denver!!

You really have to tour this log cabin to appreciate the great energy in part, provided by this beautiful, convenient and serene area in Evergreen. Yet there is pizza delivery, mini bus public service, uber and lyft accessible, 8 minutes to the nearest grocery store. All the conveniences are close because of the cabin's central location. Evergreen Lake hosts New Years fireworks which you can watch from the cabin! Evergreen Lake proudly serves as is the largest Zamboni-maintained outdoor skating rink in the world... and only a 10 minute walk from the log cabin. Summer at the lake offers the free lake concert series, festivals, Earth Day, weddings and more. You can walk to the golf course! 13 miles to Red Rocks going through the canyon!!
