The dining room is next to the kitchen overlooking the large flagstone patio that overlooks the golf course in a private setting and includes exterior electrical and lighting.
Included is a laundry room housing a full size washer and gas dryer which is located separately in the detached garage on the property. The 2 story garage stacks a flat above where the owner lives. The buildings are totally separate, structurally and utility wise. They were built to be separate and private from the other. The driveway opens to 3 lanes and is relatively flat.
