Owner will cover HOA dues, which include water, sewer, and trash services. Steps from Cherry Creek Trail, biking distance to Trader Joe's and Costco, near a variety of food and drink options, and quick access to E-470 to easily get to Denver International Airport or the mountains. *Approved applications require at least ten (10) business days before we can accommodate a move-in, regardless of the unit availability date. Availability date is subject to change. This property is unfurnished. No smoking allowed. One small pet is negotiable. A monthly pet fee and security deposit will apply if approved. Security deposit equivalent to 100% a full month's rent is required. In addition to the deposit, there is a $200 lease administration fee due upon lease signing.
