3. Must have TWO years Rental History;
4. Must have 2 years' work history in the SAME industry;
5. MUST upload the last most recent THREE months of entire bank statements (PDFs only, no screen shots please);
6. NO EVICTIONS or monies owed to past landlords. It's possible for us to work with you even if you've had a short sale, CLOSED bankruptcy or foreclosure but please do not apply if you've ever had an eviction or monies due past landlords.

8. In lieu of paystubs for the self-employment, provide most recent TWO years of verifiable complete individual tax returns showing the income.

There will be work scheduled for foundation repair by the last week of March and roof replacement in summer 2023. Tenant will be notified of the repair schedules once work is approved and scheduled. Previous owner died of natural causes in the home.
