This home is located on a 250 acre privately owned Duck Club that the owner operates to his exclusive "private" members only during hunting season from October through January.
Tenant(s) will NOT have access to hunt as this is a private membership by owner, however, tenant(s) will have access to Goodyear slough for fishing that is right off your backyard.
Due to safety reasons, we strongly suggest no minor children in the home due to hunters, rifles and hunting dogs on the property mainly during hunting season and the backyard is not fenced and opens right up the the slough.

Income: has to be 3 times the amount of rent, gross monthly.
Rental references required up to 5 years.
