As you enter Casa del Sol you will find a Spanish resort like home with bright high ceilings, open living area adjacent to the fully equipped kitchen and dining area. You will be captivated by the stunning yard with its beautiful palm trees and sparking pool. This purposefully designed vacation home will exceed your expectations for comfort, relaxation and fun!

GREAT ROOM:
Relax in the high ceiling comfortable living area by the fireplace while watching your favorites on the flat screen TV or enjoy a drink from the fully equipped bar. This amazing open concept room is great to enjoy the company of your guest from the living area, kitchen and dining table. The gourmet kitchen has granite counters, gas cook-top, recently installed stainless appliances and is fully equipped with all your cooking essentials. Utilize this amazing cooking space or simply order in while you share some laughs around the large dining table over a delicious meal. Sit back and enjoy the view of the thousand sparkles on the pool created by the dancing colors of the night sky. This property can accommodate up to 8 guests and a pet friendly that allows dogs under 40 pounds only upon request.

BEDROOMS:
This amazing space boasts a Master bedroom with a comfortable King size bed, en suite, a flat screen TV and a large desk. A second bedroom holds a comfortable king size bed and flat screen TV. There is also a private charming detached casita with en suite, two queen beds, flat screen TV and kitchenette.

BACKYARD:
Step outside to the captivating back yard which is perfect for entertaining or simply relaxing. This yard is pure paradise with its BBQ, outdoor dining area, tanning ledge, misters, retractable awning, pebble glass fire pit, lounge chairs and pool amenities. The private pool may be heated upon request per day. Be respectful of PGA West community's quiet hours from 10PM - 7AM. All house guest must be in the home by 10PM. Please note as of July 2020 the City of La Quinta has issued a city wide ordinance banning all outdoor amplified music AT ALL TIME. It is strictly enforced by city law enforcement and any violations will result in steep fines. City rules are subject to change at any time and override any home or community regulations.
No parties or events allowed.

We ask that you enjoy yourself, but smoking, and parties are not permitted. We ask that people respect the reservation they committed to and only have the same number of people stay in the house as listed in the reservation. If additional people stay in the house outside of the reservation, we reserve the right to cancel the reservation with no refund or charge an additional fee for each person staying.

COMMUNITY:
Explore the community and Club house on bikes which will be made available to you during your stay. If you are looking to play golf at PGA West there are 3 public courses to choose from- TPC Stadium, The Greg Norman and the Jack Nicklaus tournament. To set up a tee time you can visit the PGA West web page or contact them by phone. If you wish to venture out to one of the more than 120 courses in the valley, we recommend you try calling "Stand-By Golf" for discounted tee times.(The golf course is private property and you many not access it through the back yard.) Enjoy some of the many world-class events such as the Humana Challenge (previously the Bob Hope Classic). For tennis enthusiast, minutes away is the home of the BNP Paribas Open Tennis Classic at Indian Wells Top rated Tennis stadium, which is held from March 4th-17th, with over 300 of the top-rated tennis players in the world. In April come to the Coachella and Stagecoach Music Festivals just minutes down the road hosted at the famous Polo Grounds where you can also enjoy top-ranked polo matches free of charge and have a tail gate picnic with your friends at the same time. And you can also enjoy year round fishing and hiking in the 710-acre Lake Cahuilla recreational area near by.

Since you are in La Quinta, enjoy some of the many world class events like the CareerBuilder Challenge (previously the Bob Hope Classic), played here at PGA West and held at the end of January. See some of the top golfers along with well-known celebrities and the host of the event, previously President Bill Clinton. If you enjoy tennis, minutes away is the home of the BNP Paribas Open Tennis Classic at Indian Wells Top Rated Tennis Stadium, held in March with over 300 of the top rated tennis players in the world. The property is also located close to the famous Polo Grounds where you can enjoy music festivals such as Coachella, Stagecoach and various others.

La Quinta has many Zagat Rated restaurants and bars, with live music. You are never far away from the many other choices offered along El Paseo (the Rodeo Drive of Palm Desert) for both shopping, restaurants and works of art.

You will be greeted by a Service Coordinator upon your arrival, thereafter we are available for any questions or suggestions on where to go and what to do by phone or text.

Play on 3 of the 6 courses on the 2,000 surrounding acres—PGA West is known as the ''Home of golf in Western America''. Shop in Old Town La Quinta and El Paseo in nearby Palm Desert, and luxuriate in world-class spa facilities at La Quinta Resort.

Free High speed Wireless WIFI (+50Mbps) access throughout the house which extends into the back patio and pool area. Cable TV is available in all bedrooms and living room.
Check in is at 4pm and check out is at 11am.

To get there use Jefferson which turns into PGA Blvd, follow it all of the way to Palmer Security Gate and take a right to enter the gate. Provide your name and the property address to the Security Guard at the gate.

Please leave garbage cans in the garage as our team will come by to move them to the curb on Sunday evenings (they will use a garage door opener to access the garage only to not to disturb you during your stay). Trash pickup is on Monday mornings around 6am. Our team will return on Monday afternoon to place them back into the garage. Please do not place any trash bins or trash bags on the curb otherwise the association will fine us. If you have time, please strip any beds that you use and leave the bedding in the laundry baskets in each bedroom. If you have time to start one load of laundry that's great, if not no worries.

Any guests not on the lease at the home are subject to a $200/fine per person. Please send a list of all names of people that will be at the house and a list of drivers of the cars that will be given access.

The golf course is private property, if you are not a paid golfer, please stay off the course, the HOA views unauthorized golf course access as trespassing.

The gas for the grill and the fire pit are connected to propane tanks, please make sure you turn both off when not in use.
