Recently remodeled and painted open concept 3-bedroom 2-bath house with a backyard and a front yard.

This is the front house, directly located on 12th Street. There is a separate detached unit located off the alley that is not part of this listing and is completely separate from this rental. This other unit has its yard and shares no walls with our unit.

As you get out of your car on the driveway (before entering the spacious 2-car garage), you can see on your lefthand a gated front yard, ready for your rocking chair or a playground. When the front door opens, the living room welcomes you and invites you to stay or to go all the way to the open-concept kitchen and dining room. If you prefer to skip this area, just go all the way to the backyard (you just need to pass the sliding doors in the dining area). Do you have space to set up the grill, outdoor furniture, and play area? Going back to the kitchen, it is equipped with stainless steel appliances: a two-door refrigerator, microwave, 5-burner gas stove, and a dishwasher ready to go. On your right-hand side of the counter, you will see two accordion doors that open to the laundry area (washer and dryer ready to be used). Right around the corner on the right, there are some cabinets for storage, and the hallway full bathroom with a tub. On the left, there are two bedrooms that have a view of the gated backyard. Right in front of the hallway is the master bedroom with a full bathroom and shower. The house is a single level, has an A/C unit, LVP flooring throughout the entire house, a water heater, and the garden is set up with an irrigation system and turf. The side of the house has a gate to the side of the property and another one to enter the backyard.
Utilities included: The trash collection and gardening are included by the owner. The rest of the utilities are covered by the tenant.
Additional amenities include: 2-car garages with additional off-street parking. Small pets are allowed, subject to owner approval and a pet deposit.

This is conveniently located one block away, across from Imperial Boulevard. It is within walking distance of the bus stop, grocery store, recreational center, parks, schools, and other convenient locations. Or if you prefer to ride the bicycle, the bike path is ready- only follow the green (bike) path.
