Optional 2nd Room: Adjacent 9'x12' room available (Total for both rooms: $1,800/month).
Utilities: Split 3 ways. Average $150-$175/person per month.

NO smoking, drugs, or parties. Prefer someone who does not have loud guests or gatherings.
A history of on-time payments, verifiable via references and a standard credit report.
Ideal candidates will have an established emergency fund/savings
