Location, Location! THIS HOME IS ORIGINALLY AN AIRBNB, normally rents for $2500 per night. 6 bedrooms 8 bathrooms 1 block from Rodeo Drive. Great for tourist considering the hotels 2 blocks away cost $1,500 for one bed per night. The new rate is $950 per night. The price was LOWERED, NOT raised! Im not trying to price gouge. Im actually having to cancel a few future reservations that paid the $2500 per night.
This is my primary home, I normally rent it 4 nights a moth while I work out of state. By offering it long term, I now also have to find a fully furnished place to move to. I spent a ton fixing the house up/decorating and fully equipping it in 2024 to list it on Airbnb.
This home is behind the Beverly Wilshire Hotel. 1 street over from Rodeo Drive. Walk to all the shops and best restaurants in Beverly Hills.
