The amenities are nice such as the pool and the gym. the covered parking is a nice bonus but the spaces are kind of small and close together, you’ll struggle to get into your car if someone parks too close to you. you don’t get to chose your internet provider so you have to go with Cox and it is the worst, most expensive internet. the internet lags so, so badly and you have no other choice but to deal with it or live with just your data plan only. the neighbors will complain and complain when you’re simply just living in the apartment you pay A LOT of money for. the building was very much rushed as there is paint splatters all over the floor and there was caulking in the kitchen sink and the counter tops. the paint job on the walls wasn’t done to completion as you would see the blue underneath the paint. the carpeting is bubbly and there are nails sticking out of the carpet as well, i cut my feet on it twice.
