This 3 bedroom, 2 bath Prescott home is in a great location with excellent views from multiple vantage points within the house. It is located next to Acker park and a few minutes from downtown Prescott. The house and neighborhood is surrounded by mature juniper and pine trees and deer and other wildlife often frequent the area. The rental includes one garage space and plenty of off street parking. There is an 800 square foot enclosed deck with views of distant mountains and nearby trees and vegetation. Amenities include a fenced backyard, a dishwasher, a garbage disposal and a washer and dryer. This space includes the entire upstairs portion of the home. The downstairs suite is occupied and has a separate entrance on the lower opposite side of the home.
