Verified residentReview source: verified residentThey did not clean or begin maintanence on my apartment until the MORNING OF MY MOVE IN. My house still smells like dog pee from the previous tenant, there are a thousand dog poops in my backyard still I have to clean up, instead I just don't go out there or use my yard. I had wet drywall here for 3 weeks. My front door would hardly close for 3 days. I still have a number of things requiring maintenance but I give up. I'm trying to break my lease right now as I can see many places on the rental market close by in my price range, and I'm tired of requesting things and now the management hates me because I've had to complain and request so many things. I was property manager years ago. Never would I have not done a premove in walk through. This move was a nightmare.
