Verified residentReview source: verified residentOverall my stay here at Rise Parkside has been fine except I don't know there is a pet park for owners and their pets and they are allowing them to urinate and leave dog poop on the buildings around the buildings around people's cars I see people walking everyday letting their dogs poop and not pick it up that is my only issue overall it's okay
