$75 leasing fee
If not paid already at the time of signing, a $35 application fee.
Proof that utilities have been switched into the tenant's name.
Proof of renter's liability insurance–we require tenants to have renter's liability (covers damage that tenant does to the rental property) in the amount of at least $300,000.

PETS ARE ALLOWED ONLY UPON APPROVAL OF MANAGEMENT. If a pet is approved, tenant must pay a $45/month pet fee. A $45 pet fee is required upon signing for a tenant with a pet.
