Bathroom#1 is a full bathroom with a shower and tub. Bedroom #2 has 2 Full beds, 2 end tables, 2 lamps, and a 3 drawer dresser. Bedroom #3 has a Queen Bed, 2 end tables, 2 lamps, and a 3 drawer dresser. Bathroom#2 is a full bathroom with a shower. The laundry area includes a washer and dryer and is located at the rear of the house.
The backyard is fully fenced and has bbq for your convenience. Something to note, there is a train that runs close to the house. For most of our guests, and for us, this has never been a problem, but if you are someone who is sensitive to train noise, you might consider ear plugs, a fan, or a sound machine.

For viewing access we must have a copy of valid driver's license and phone number. Please be advised that this property is listed by a seller-owned corporation and hours of operation are from Monday through Friday 8am- 5pm MST.
