Verified residentMaurine was wonderful! She was incredibly kind and knowledgeable about the properties and leasing process. She has been immensely helpful with finding the right floor plan at Woodlee Terrace and with our application. The maintenance at Woodlee Terrace appears to be top-notch. Even the on-site laundry room looked to be clean and in good condition, and we were told that the carpets of each apartment were changed after each tenant (rather than only every certain number of years as is legally required). My husband and I were thoroughly impressed by the cleanliness and appearance of everything—including the smaller floor plan with slightly older (still in good condition) appliances we were showed. Overall, it was a wonderful experience.
