The unit is owner managed, so no middleman back and forth BS with a management company or property manager. You'll interface directly with me, the owner. I've owned the unit since 2007, and have made upgrades/replaced appliances as the prior tenant has requested. Improvements in recent years have been: new dishwasher 2025, new floors 2022, new water heater 2021.

$1,475/month rent. $1,475 security deposit required. No ridiculous application fees. Prospective tenants are only asked to pay for the cost of background/credit check which is $55 when your application is submitted.
