Rent is $2,400 / month which includes Water/Sewer/Trash. Renter is responsible for Gas, Electricity, and Internet in their own name. Pets are allowed with a $500($200 is non-refundable) deposit, plus $50 per month. Renter is responsible for ALL damages due to animal.
