UTILITIES TO BE PAID BY TENANT:
City utilities must be put in tenants name with personal credit or debit card on file with utility companies.

PETS:
Pets will be permitted with $40.00/mo. rent per pet and $500.00 deposit per pet ($200.00 nonrefundable). No aggressive pets please. Backyard is fenced.
