Kitchen is outfitted with matching stainless steel appliances including a large fridge. Huge master suite w/tub and good sized walk in closet. Large Master bedroom with a 5-piece bath. Both upstairs bedrooms are large. Upstairs guest bath has dual sinks and separate tub/shower. Downstairs features an in-law suite with shower. The house also includes a sprinkler system. The neighborhood has two parks within a short walk that include tennis and basketball courts. Tenant Benefit Package is mandatory at $20/month and includes air filter delivery. Minimum 1yr lease, no subletting, no AirBnB, etc. Background checks for all adults and proof of employment/salary required. No criminal history or history of evictions or trends in late payments. Rental history with references is a plus. We are looking for well qualified candidates with a gross monthly household income greater than 3 to 4 times monthly rent and each applicant must have a credit score of 670. Renter pays all utilities and is responsible for lawn upkeep and general maintenance. Landlord pays for HOA and annual AC service/cleaning. Security deposit due at signing of lease. 1st month's rent is due before 1-day before move in. Pets are on a case-by-case basis. $25 per pet monthly rent.
