Pecan Grove

Pecan Grove Manufactured Home Community is located at 125 Nu Pecan Grove in Schertz, Texas, just northeast of San Antonio. Schertz sits along the I-35 and I-10 corridors and is only minutes from Joint Base San Antonio-Randolph, making Pecan Grove a convenient option for military households, commuters, and anyone who wants easy access to the greater San Antonio area while still enjoying the feel of a smaller community.

Pecan Grove offers both rental homes and homeownership opportunities. Community amenities include a swimming pool, playground, off-street parking, sidewalks, and an on-site sales office.

Our homes feature central heat and air, washer/dryer hookups, a refrigerator, and a stove/range. Most homes also include a dishwasher, although features may vary by home.

Utilities are not included in monthly rent. Water and trash are billed separately through the community and added to the resident’s monthly statement.

We do not offer traditional rent-to-own, but qualified applicants interested in homeownership may explore financing options through Zippy at zippymh.com. Pets are not permitted in rental homes. Homeowners may have up to two pets, subject to weight and breed restrictions.

Our standard rental requirements include a 580+ credit score, verifiable income, and a background check. Applicants with a 600+ credit score generally need income of approximately 2.5 times the monthly rent and a deposit equal to one month’s rent. Applicants with credit scores from 580–599 generally need income of approximately 3 times the monthly rent and may require a deposit of up to two months’ rent.

Current move-in special: the $65 application fee is refunded with a signed lease, plus qualified move-ins receive a $250 move-in bonus that can be applied toward rent.
