Tenant Selection Criteria & Requirements:
Income: Proof of gross monthly income of at least 3 times the monthly rental rate (Guarantor forms are required if you do not meet this).
Credit History: A credit score of 600 or better, with no past bankruptcies.
Rental History: Positive previous rental history with no evictions.
Criminal History: An acceptable criminal background check.
Documentation: A valid Identification Card/Driver's License and a completely accurate rental application.
Pets: 2 pet maximum unless otherwise approved by the owner.
Fees: A $75.00 Credit/Background Check Fee per adult.
