Day of move in we were placed in a unit that was not what we looked at. 1st months rent we were over charged, and it took 2 month to be refunded because prop mgmnt co changed. Then all access to internet payment system changed and no one told us. trash rarely picked up. trash container constantly over flowing. with stacks of furniture and junk all around container. we were told patios would be fenced. never happened. 3rd month our unti flooded from upstairs unit. the only thing replaced or repaired was carpet padding. walls were so saturated you could push them in. 4th month another flood. same scenario. 6 month in PMC changed again and we faced same connectivity and payment system issues. A/C unit leaked causing more water damage. by month 9 mold started growing and numerous attempts made requesting inspection and clean up. month 10 maintenancefinally came to inspect mold but all they did was paint over the mold growing on bathroom ceiling. both me and my husband have been sick for several months: coughing, runny nose, congestion, bronchitus, and most recently phemonia. we filed a grievance with City and vacated pnemonia. we are done with beinv sick and hope and pray they do something.
