“I’ve had some issues with appliances, but overall the apartment is nice and in good condition. My only real complaints are that the landscaping is sub par and there is a giant empty lot in the back of the complex that has had no work done on it. Whoever does the landscaping work leaves grass clippings on the sidewalks and in the parking lot and they don’t take care of weeds and grass in the rock and tree beds very well at all. There are always grass clippings everywhere. This is also the worst apartment complex I’ve ever lived in when it comes to people not picking up after their dogs. I don’t understand it. The staff is all friendly and the apartment itself is nice. I think it’s overpriced, but so are most apartments in the area.”
