The Everett at Ally Village

I received the apartment very dirty, it was glass particles over floor and inside garbage disposal. The rooms carpets were dirty with pet hairs. The closes was without pole, I claim for this a lot or times without response, I bought that. The shower hose was corroed and never was replaced. At the same time the chicken faucet was bad functioning, I claim by this many times but never attended this situation. The refrigerator fail many times and I decided buy one mine to install. I was paying for a car pot and my car was three days outside because other resident occupied my space, manager don't help me in this situation, I needed to call police myself. They show this place like exclusive but at summer time swimming pool area it's full of persons enjoy this areas but they are not residents, full volumes of music , people drinking alcohol and smoking late night without control. Mayority dogs owners don't clean dog trash. Really I don't enjoy my rent there. I was trying pay my rent with my Built card but was impossible , I think that they don't accept this because administration can't withdraw convenience fee , 80 dollars...this is not the best place to rent...can't
