Renters love it here
Gables is wonderful community, great location, price and amenities. The only inconveniences are that it is situated right off Virginia street so there is routinely loud/obnoxious individuals leaving the night club Thursday-Saturday which can be heard very clearly from your apartment unit. Additionally, Gables does not accept packages so you have to use Fetch which is pretty annoying due to scheduling pick up/drop offs, etc. Lastly, there is the occasional loud neighbor but from my experience, Gables addresses those concerns promptly. Overall, 7.5/10 for me.
