Verified residentReview source: verified residentI think it’s great but staying on top of things is what keeps it great striving for excellent. Screening tenants is key here. As far as the amenities this is one of the best gyms i’ve seen however it gets really hot here and i don’t find that the pool area is adult friendly. This is my personal opinion! I love kids and don’t mind them in the pool with me or any adult but it’s real hot and i don’t find the pool enticing when there’s a ton of kids jumping in with sand all over them so the pool has sand all in it. I’m not a fan of sand but if i was i’d leave it in the court. What would have been nice is if the sand are was a kids pool area. There’s two do parks here for big dogs and small dogs why not a second pool thats kid friendly and an adult pool. This place would be that much better!
