Bankruptcy in the last 2 years - Automatic Denial Be able to pay security deposit a full month's rent, certified funds. Security Deposit due to Cornerstone Realty within 48 hours of verbal commitment and application approval. The Lease start date must be within 10 days after approval (certain exceptions may apply). This requirement is applicable even if an approved applicant has not seen the inside of the home. We do a nationwide background check. This includes credit, rental, and criminal background. We do charge a $500 non-refundable pet fee. We require the tenant to carry $100,000 in Liability Insurance.
